RETSU UNOHANA is the captain of the 4th Division which specializes in medications. She is seen to be a soft-spoken and caring woman. She always portrays an extremely calm appearance during all sorts of situations. She has been known to be one of the most senior captains in Soul Society as she has been greeted by both Captain Kyouraku and Ukitake as “Senpai”.
